My name is Rosa Hernandez. I am currently in school studying to get my BSN (bachelor of Science in Nursing) in 2010. Once I graduate from Rush University, College of Nursing in Chicago, I hope to obtain a position working with children.
I have enjoyed my time working in the Labor & Delivery Unit and in the Pediatric Oncology Unit. I am very passionate about medicine and kids, they are so strong. They are a true inspiration and I am happy that I get to share in such a small portion of their lives. Whether it is welcoming a baby into the world and sharing that experience with new parents or seeing the courage a small child has fighting diseases they should know nothing about.
